Think Math! Workshop
Think Math! is open to educators involved in teaching mathematics at the primary school level. The goal of the workshop is to help educators to analyze the cognitive prerequisites of efficient mathematical thinking and mediate these prerequisites for their pupils.
Prerequisites:
Designed for teachers of mathematics (grades K-8), administrators, and supervisors, this course will review mathematics concepts in the curriculum and the underlying cognitive challenges they pose.
Materials:
Course participants will receive a course booklet and Teaching Diagrams. Participants are encouraged to bring copies of math tasks from their schools for hands-on exercises.
Certification:
Course participants will be awarded a Certificate of Attendance of the “Thinking Mathematically” workshop.
Cancellation & Refund Policy:
The Feuerstein Institute reserves the right to cancel any courses which fail to meet the minimum participation requirement. Fees for courses canceled by the Institute will be refunded in full.
In cases where the participants cancel, there is a €100 processing charge for reimbursement of workshop fees for cancellations made before the registration deadline. There are no refunds for cancellations after the registration deadline.
